We offer the following options in relation to shipping:
- We offer free shipping for all orders in Australia and New Zealand for purchases over A$200.
- Where your order is under A$200, shipping is charged at a flat rate of A$10.
- We also offer express shipping if you require your order a little faster - for the flat fee of A$16.50 (Australia only).
All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars. Please note that the above may not include bulky items.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY?
We want your return business, therefore your satisfaction is very important to us.
Exchanges / Returns
If the yarn or any other item is damaged or incorrect, we will happily exchange. Please note that the product must be in the original packaging with tags etc attached for it to be accepted. We need to be able to re-sell the product (as long as its not damaged or faulty!).
We cannot accept returns on needles, patterns or books.
Please email us at hello@thewooldepot.com before returning any items. You should also include a photo of the items in question. Please make sure you also contact us within 40 days of your order being dispatched.
