We want your return business, therefore your satisfaction is very important to us.  

Exchanges / Returns 

If the yarn or any other item is damaged or incorrect, we will happily exchange.  Please note that the product must be in the original packaging with tags etc attached for it to be accepted.  We need to be able to re-sell the product (as long as its not damaged or faulty!).

We cannot accept returns on needles, patterns or books.

Please email us at hello@thewooldepot.com before returning any items.  You should also include a photo of the items in question.  Please make sure you also contact us within 40 days of your order being dispatched.
